We naturally get asked many questions so we have tried to list a few to give you piece of mind. If you can’t find the answer here, please contact us either by phone, email or complete the online enquiry form.

How do I Hire Led Letters or Sweet Carts?

You can call, email or complete the online enquiry form to book your event. Let us know the date, venue and type of package you would like.

Can I supply my own sweets?

Yes you can as there is an option to rent a Sweet cart completely bare for you to decorate if you wish. Hiring it this way is only £70 and this includes us transporting it for you.

What areas can you deliver the sweet cart?

We naturally cover Cheshire, Derbyshire and Lancashire due to our location. We are however willing to travel to various cities around the country as it’s a good reason for us to stay over and enjoy the town for a weekend.

How long can I hire the LED Letters or Sweet Cart?

You can hire the LED letters or sweet cart for as long as you want. Most events we usually arrive an hour before the start and arrange to pick up the items the following day.

Do you offer deals for multi items being hired?

Yes we do as we see it as we are going to your wedding venue anyway so let’s fill the van.

What types of events do you cover?

We cover all events including Weddings, Christenings, children and adult birthday parties. We are always happy to hire our items to any event.

What happens if a bulb goes out?

All illuminated LED Letters are checked at the time of us dropping them off and in the unlikely event this happens we leave some spare bulbs and will show you how to change them if you are unsure.

Do you have Public Liability Insurance and are all props PAT Tested.

Yes we think this is very important and is a huge responsibility of any hiring company.

What if you can't deliver?

We would never let anyone down and if letters were damaged in a previous party we have a team that does quick but good repairs to maintain them as new. We also have the full alphabet with many letters more than once or twice even. We also have more than one van so any vehicle troubles are no trouble to us or your event.

Are there any charges for delivery?

As a rule we try to offer it for free. However if we are travelling over 40 miles we do ask for a small payment as fuel isn't cheap haha. Surprisingly though the 40 miles around us covers hundreds of wedding venues and event functions for free!
